Henry Street Settlement

Henry Street Settlement has provided services to low-income New Yorkers in the Lower East Side since the late 1800s. Today, its support has allowed Solana Quezada, a fifth-generation Lower East Sider, to attend college and study to be a nurse. This video premiered at the Robin Hood Foundation annual gala at the Javits Center in New York City.

For this project, I was responsible for ingesting and managing the media, editing the footage to align with the script, sourcing additional stock footage and images, selecting music tracks, adding nat sound and sound effects, color correction, and final delivery for multiple screen sizes and aspect ratios.

I really enjoyed working on this project alongside the other team members. The story was so emotional and felt fulfilling to edit together.
